Wall ball - 7, 9, 11, 15
Pullups   - 7, 9, 11, 15
Situps    - 10, 15, 20, 30
Plank      - 20, 40, 60, 80 seconds

    Thanks for the push to 20# on the dumbbell press and showing me how to support my body weight on the rings. Feeling it in my arms and shoulders already... ! :-)
