Met-con: 50 wall ball, 50 jumping pull-ups
Today's WOD (Friday)
20 sec on, 20 off, ....2 x per exercise then switch. Do 4 rounds1. Rope skip, (do double unders if you can)
2. Back Extension on GHD
3. Feet anchored sit-up
4. KB Swing
