Jan 12, 2011 WOD

Skill:

Handstands & Progressions to Handstands pushups

Met-Con:

21-15-9
Deadlift 225#
HSPU (handstand pushup)

I'm well aware that 95% of people reading this cannot do a handstand pushup. It's an advanced movement requiring significant upper body strength. Lots of progressions are available. Check out the video! It's short and plus it has cool music.

    Pike Push-ups

    Did all 21,round unbroken, then pikes started giving me trouble. It's all good though...still on the comeback trail.

    after the first round ...turned and faced the wall, and moved the hands out about 2 feet....brutal. Next time either use a band rigged up from bar or do pike pushups. Got too bogged down with HSPU
