Jan 13, 2011 WOD (compare to 12/8)

Hey! We get to repeat a met-con! Yippee!!

Three rounds:
  rx'd weight is 95/65

15 SDHP (Sumo Deadlift High Pull)
10 K2E (Knees to Elbows)
10 Hang Squat Clean

    2nd and 3rd rounds were knees to chest
    Need to practice more squat cleans.

    This one really made realize how much my "break" hurt me. It taught me a lesson to not let myself go.

    It was a great workout....used up a lot of energy. I got to improve on my cardio. The K2E were the best part of the workout. When I first tried them in December, I could only do 4. This time I did the complete workout RXd, big improvement from last month.
