Practiced overhead squat with 35#, no extra weight this time (strained lats from last week) Full gym today! Decided to do the one mile run I missed yesterday.Time: 7:47This run was HUGE for me. The time didn't really matter as much as actually getting it done safely. I haven't run like that without pain in many years. Major win physically. Very excited about it!By the way, congrats Tim on your PR overhead squat today!
