Skill work:

Practice Front Squats, keep it light, work technique. Elbows high, full depth, back arched.

WOD:

800m run
20 kb swing 53/35
600m run
20 push press 95/65
400m run
20 kb swing
300m run
20 push press

Warm up thoroughly and storm thru this for time.
