The toughest part of the workout for me was the K2E...half way through them I hit the wall but mental toughness pushed me through. I imagined that I was in a life or death situation and I had to do what ever it took to win.....well I won and finished...I know with more practice and hard work they will get easier for me...

235# 5 rep max on Front Squat was a PR for me (pretty sure)
