1st Crossfit workout today. I didn't know what to expect but felt like it was a great environment to workout. I enjoyed doing the olympic style lifting. Grace kicked my butt but I loved it at the same time. Can't wait to see whats in store for tomorrown. Grace 95# in 3:00
