  3. Wow! Shoulder is kickin something evil, but it's worth it...
    Warm up- 2x 10cobra/dwdog, 30ft handwalk, 10 burpees
    OH Squats 5X5 15# (talk about feelin like a wuss LOL)
    WOD- timed 8:33- 2, 4, 6, 8, 6, 4, 2,
    Slamball 10#
    Wallball 6#
    Burpees
    Cooldown stretching

    Replaced slam ball with GHD situps (knee issue)
    #10 wall ball
