Dang I just realized I went faster last time! What's up with that? 23 seconds slower this time around. OUch....no excuses though.

Tim...i went faster last time as well. NO WORRIES THOUGH, we can kill it next time. Turns out pre-WOD double quad shots of Ruta Maya espresso does NOT really have a performance enhancing benefit.
Dan I have to conclude that you mis-counted reps last time. There's no other explanation for that big of a time difference. I watched you during the workout and at no point were you dawdling or taking breaks. You crushed it. You must have just had a brain fart last time, and missed something!
