  4. Tim...i went faster last time as well. NO WORRIES THOUGH, we can kill it next time. Turns out pre-WOD double quad shots of Ruta Maya espresso does NOT really have a performance enhancing benefit.

  5. Dan I have to conclude that you mis-counted reps last time. There's no other explanation for that big of a time difference. I watched you during the workout and at no point were you dawdling or taking breaks. You crushed it. You must have just had a brain fart last time, and missed something!
