"The Front"

Three rounds:

200m sandbag carry
without setting the bar down, do 10 shoulder press, 10 push press, 10 push jerk 65/45
15 jumping pullups

  1. I'm gonna have to have a word with Max about his programming ideas! If your hands or body is a wreck from yesterday's pullups, feel free to substitute double under's, or kettlebell swings, or burpees for today's pullups!
