Mar 4, 2011 WOD

Split Jerk or Push Jerk 5 x 5

Met-con:

The Baseline WOD (compare to whenever you may have done it)

400m run
40 squats
30 situps (no anchor)
20 pushups
10 pullups


Rochelle dropped in from Cedar Park, 5 reps at 115# push jerk....well done!

  1. Today's workout was definately short and sweet. I'm excited about learning the push jerk and getting some heavy weight on there in the future.
