Strength:

Deadlift 5, 5, 3, 3, 1, 1

Met-con:

For time:

50 Squats
10 L - Kettlebell or Dumbbell Clean & Press
10 R-
10 L- Kettlebell or Dumbbell Snatch
10 R-
10 L- Clean & Press
10 R-
10 L- Snatch
10 R-
50 squats

Suggested weights:

Beginner - 10-20#
Intermediate - 20-40#
Advanced - 45-60#

This record fell not once, not twice, but three times during the day. Congrats Kyle, big weight.

  1. That looks like my type of wod!...lets see some PRs set today! Wish I could be there to see everyone hit this one hard, I know a lot of you are ready to surprise yourself with a heavy deadlift. Concentrate on form and leave it all at the gym!
