CrossFit Total

  1. SWEET! First time for the CFT at the gym! Go all out!

  2. Some good numbers bein put up so far! Not too late to get yours...come see us at 4pm. I'm shooting for 800.

  3. More fun in the evening class, great job by Tim G., Julian, Paula, Amanda, Joseph, & Juan. Two new gym records put up on the leaderboard by Amanda. Also lots of PR's to go around. Record these numbers somewhere! This is valuable info, and you'll be using it in the future I promise you.

    My numbers:

    Back Squat - 265
    Press - 125
    Deadlift - 365
    CFT - 765

  4. This was great. Good to see where I'm tracking so far!

    Body weight: 105#

    Back Squat: 115# (PR)
    Shoulder Press: 70# (PR)
    Dead Lift: 152.5# (PR)

    Total: 337.5
