Folks, this was an awesome workout on several levels. It was tough, to be sure. Beyond that, there was a component of mental toughness that was present to a higher degree than on other workouts. Carrying a heavy load for a mile affords you the time to think about it. You have to develop a strategy to keep yourself moving and not quit. Everyone has a different method or "trick" to keep moving. This is a superb pure CrossFit workout. Large load, long distance. A great benchmark. Definitely look for it to be repeated. Congrats to all you who suffered thru it.
