Snatch progressions (use a weight that allows fewer than 5 reps)

Move thru this sequence three times for about 3 heavy reps each.

Lift offs
Heavy Snatch pull
Muscle Snatch
Snatch Balance
Overhead Squat

3 x 3 full snatch @ 85% 1rm
