Short wod, mostly tested upper body stamina. 6:47 (last time was 6:12, but that was with no hurdle!)Did a TGU with 95# barbell in both left and right hand. PR on left.
TGU maxed out at 35# both sides. PR for both.Last time I did this was March 7th. Time was 5:44. Missed the WOD on 5/17Today was 5:55You made that barbell look like it was floating on it's own Tim. Great job!
