Don't toss words around like "commitment, transformation, challenge," etc...unless you're willing to do something like this. Pam did this during the FIRST half of the workout. Would you keep going?

  1. No pain, no gain! My palms were just like that...minus the blood....didn't realize they were torn up till AFTER the workout! Thank goodness I didn't stop during my workout to check em out, I probably would have stopped! Its all a mind game!! Love it!!
