Saturday "The Bonecrusher"

Workout A:

300m run with 50# sandbag
then....
9-7-5 of:
muscle ups
225# back squat
hspu
finish with another 300m 50# sandbag run

Workout B:

300m run 50# sandbag
then...
9-7-5 of:
115# clean & jerk
burpee pullups
115# push press
finish with another 300m 50# sandbag run

  1. This was tough, esp at 96 degrees. But an exhilarating workout nonetheless.

    Post-workout: 53 degree ice plunge, did 5 minutes then hot tub for 5 minutes then finished with 10 minutes in the ice plunge. Still felt cold hours later. Awesome!

    It felt like it was about 1000 degrees hotter with that sandbag during the second run.... :o)
