Saturday WOD "Seek and Destroy"

This was a particularly good workout. Congrats to everyone who came out and did it, in the heat.

15 dumbbell box clean-  M 30# 24" box, W 15#, 18" box
15 barbell push press     M 95#, W 65#
600m run
12 db box clean
12 push press
300m run
9 box clean
9 push press

    Enjoyed this one, felt good. Been doing very low carb diet for about a week straight. Absolutely no sugar at all, most calories from fat & protein, only carbs have come from vegetables, like broccoli, red, yellow, and orange peppers, purple onions. Only fruit has been apricots. Ate some fresh coconut, blackberries, blueberries, raspberries with heavy cream of course. I was curious to see how I'd hold up during this met-con, and I have to say I felt really good. Also this was my first wod to run that far (one mile) in the vibrams. That also felt really good!
