ok Pam....where did those DU's come from? I look over at you, and you are like in a rhythm, knocking them out, that was awesome. Congrats on having RX'd next to your name!! 6:58 Rx'ddid much better on du's after I kicked my shoes off. Post workout: Decided to do max DU's in 2 minutes. Did it twice. First time got 96, rested about 10 minutes, did it again got 120. Happy. Ready for a HERO tomorrow.
