1000m run (click here for map of route)
10 hspu
10 L pullup

500m run (just go 50 meters further on our usual 400m route)
8 hspu
8 L pullup

300m run
6 hspu
6 L pullup

    With an extra 300m cause we got lost and started over.. ( shaking my head at Tims maps ) lol
