50 box jumps 24 in box (beginner 12" box, intermediate 18")

50 jumping pullups

50 kb swings 35# (beginner 15#, intermediate 25#)

50 walking lunges

50 k2e (beginner hanging knee raise)

50 push press 45 lb bar (beginner 15# bar, intermediate 30#)

50 back extension

50 wall ball 20# ball (beginner 6#, intermediate 10#)

50 burpees

50 double unders (or 150 singles)

    I haven't been that deep into the pain cave in a long time. Super tough. Congrats to everyone who rocked it out!
