Saturday WOD

"Frontal Assault"
20 Bodyweight Deadlifts
Run to pre-arranged point, do 20 burpees
Run to pre-arranged point, do 20 pullups
Run to pre-arranged point, do 20 pushups
Return to gym, do 10 muscle ups on rings

Total run distance is just over 2k

Get hydrated, bring a towel to the gym.
Don't get lost on the route!
