finish with another 300m 50# sandbag run

Workout B:

300m run 50# sandbag
then...
9-7-5 of:
115# clean & jerk
burpee pullups
115# push press
finish with another 300m 50# sandbag run

    *Rack pull up bar for jumping burpee pull ups (last used lowered rings)
