  1. Hey guys and gals who did FGB today: Kudos to you for getting out in this heat and seeing what you're made of. The heat index was well over 100 degrees and probably a little more than that in the gym. This stuff is not for the timid. Like I always say, Anyone can do it, but not everyone will. The reward is the deep sense of accomplishment at completing something genuinely difficult. Great job!
