1 arm overhead dumbbell press (go heavy)
5 x 3

Met-con: "Mental Anguish"

Four rounds:
5- 30" box jumps
7 Kettlebell snatches - R 53# KB, 26#kb
7 Kettlebell snatches - L
30 sec high plank, followed by 5 pushups, x 2
