Warm-up with series of clean progressions
Using approx 80% 1rm, do 5 squat cleans the 1st minute, 4 the second, etc....down to one. Begin again at 5 min and repeat.
Scaling option 1: Use 70% 1rm
Scaling option 2: Use 65% 1rm
Don't know your one-rep max? Go by feel. Use a very challenging weight.
