"Bar Hop"
5 Rounds:
155lbs/105lbs
Without putting the bar down do:
(If you drop the bar it's a 5 burpee
Penalty)
5 DL
5 Hanging Squat Cleans
5 Push Jerks
Then put the bar down and do:
10 Bar Facing Burpees
