I really like this pic. I can't even count the number of women who have told me they just want to "tone up." There is no such thing as toning. Either you get stronger and more explosive or you don't. This may occur in the absence of any noticeable change in the size of your muscles. Your diet will cause you to look and feel firmer through fat loss. Wanting to "tone-up" is at best the result of being merely mis-informed, and at worst a cop-out to avoid discomfort. Too many personal trainers and nonsense media perpetuate this myth to shamelessly take people's money.
