  1. Accomplishments are accomplishments no matter how small. For me...I completed this workout without walking during the runs (& my knees didn't hurt) and I pushed to continue the box jumps even when I thought I couldn't do any more. I pushed past what I THOUGHT I couldn't do and I finished proud of myself.
