Use a Dumbbell or a Kettlebell for the following:
Men 60#, Women 40#

3RFT:
10 Snatches (5 left, 5 right)
10 Single arm overhead walking lunge (5 left, 5 right)
7 Box Jumps 36"/24"
5 Squat Clean
100' Farmer's Carry

  1. For the squat cleans do we do 5 left 5 right?

  2. A dumbbell squat clean does not have a left right component. It'll just be 5 reps, using two dumbbells. Should be pretty easy to pull up a video of the movement.
