Hollow rocking 3 x 20 seconds
Back extensions 3 x 10 reps
Met-con: 3/4 Tabata
24 consecutive intervals (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off)
3 min Wall ball shots
3 min sit-ups
3 min squats
3 min pushups
Score is the sum of the lowest scores for each exercise. You'll end up with 4 numbers, one for each movement. Just total them.

You have to squeeze your but cheeks together to prevent the rash, but it happens a lot to many of us so u are not alone. Haha!!
