Skill/Mobility: Overhead Squats

Thoracic Spine & Shoulders
  • supine wall squat with abmat and training bar
  • squat snatch press
  • pass thrus in a deep squat
  • beginners do 3 sets of 5 reps with a light bar only
  • advanced do 3 sets of 5 reps with about 60% 1rm
Met-con: 21-15-9
* Pullup
* 24"/18"  box jump
* 75/55#  thruster
