Mobility matters...















Met-con:

50 pullups
50 pushups
50 situps
50 squats

There is no partitioning of reps. You must complete all 50 reps of each exercise before moving on to the next one.

Flexibility:
  • supine hamstring
  • 1/2 kneeling quad
  • thoracic stretch on foam roll or pvc
