Find your 5rm back squat
after a general squat warm-up with an empty bar, warm-up with 3 x 5

Met-con:
4rft:
Kettlebell Snatch left hand, followed by TGU, followed by 10 OH lunges
-switch hands without setting the 'bell down-
Snatch right hand, TGU, 10 OH lunges
Run 300m

Flexibility:
Stretch hamstrings and quads 4 x 60 each
