Rx'd 16:03 5 minutes slower than last time but this time was actually rx'd. When you're facing the wall you can cheat by climbing the wall with your toes, which evidently makes a substantial difference. This time I had two 25# plates and an abmat for the head so it was absolutely rx'd. I no-repped myself on about 4 reps, where I had locked out but was already falling away from the wall. This was rough.
