SKILL/ ADVANCED WARM-UP
1) Sledge hammer strikes (2x20 strikes alternating arms, ie 10 each side)
2) Tire flips 2x8 (or partner tire flips where applicable)

Metcon
3 Rounds for Max Reps of:
* 1 minute Overhead Squats (95,65)
* 1 minute KB swings (53/35#)
* 1 minute KTE
No rest between rounds

  2. dude... i went to the gym to do this wod and was killing myself to beat your score. haha! i got 144 and was so disappointed. LOL.
